    I think there are a lot of celebrities that have gone above and beyond when it comes to plastic surgery, (i.e Heidi Pratt, Janice Dickenson…Amanda Lepore!!) But there are a few that have plastic surgery and don’t let it completely alter who they are, Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore and Halle Berry I think have some of the best results from plastic surgery!!! 🙂

      Kristen, I totally agree that good cosmetic surgery should enhance a persons appearance in a natural way. If its unnaturally obvious that something has been done then that is, in my opinion, a poor cosmetic outcome. Thanks for the post 🙂

    Angelina Jolie. I know a double mastectomy is not a cosmetic procedure per say but the strength that she has to go threw that and come out on top more beautiful then ever and stronger then ever I feel she looks the best after her procedure.

    Don’t know what or if any cosmetic surgery was done on Michelle Pfeiffer or Mary Steenbergen but I think they look great for their ages. Marie Osmond looks great, and Cyndi Lauper’s skin is flawless

    Halle Berry, Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore. All three women look amazing. It doesn’t look like anything was done that’s the key. Less is more!

    Joan Rivers… Please stop. Housewives of Miami it is plastic surgery gone really bad. Please help them Dr Reedy!!

    I truly think Ashlee Simpsons nose is just beautiful. She had it done and I do not believe it changed her in a negative way at all. It looks natural and quite remarkable.

    I just watched Housewives of NJ last night and they did a recap of Jacklyn’s surgeries over the years. She looks better after her procedures especially her nose.

    I really like the transformation on Bristol Palin’s face and also that it has helped her jaw to align more properly and fixed her overbite.

    I think her eyes really sparkle now because of the higher cheekbone line and her lips look more prominent yet natural.

    I think Sharon Osbourne looks good, she has had a lot of surgery but I think she looks better for it

    Halle Berry, she is the only person I know who looks almost 15 years younger just by having her nose done and it made her even more beautiful
