A 46 year old female came to Dr. Reedy because she was bothered by a lack of fullness in the her upper pole of her breasts, as well as sagging. She wore a 34C cup bra and was interested in becoming a D cup. She was also unhappy with the loose, stretch marked skin in and around her abdomen. Dr. Reedy concluded that she was an excellent candidate for a dual-plane augmentation combined with a vertical mastopexy with a silicone implant to give her the “D cup” look that she has always desired. Together they decided that she would benefit from a full abdominoplasty in order to get rid of the extra skin that bothered her. The patient healed beautifully and is thrilled with her results.
