Tobias C. Long, MD

Dr. Tobias Long is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in facial rejuvenation and aesthetic surgery. A trusted colleague of Dr. Brian Reedy and Dr. Scott Lindsay, he supports our facial cosmetic surgery program as our practice continues to grow. Known for his meticulous technique and artistic eye, Dr. Long combines his medical expertise with a background in bioengineering to work directly within our established treatment philosophy, ensuring every patient receives the natural results, personalized planning, and attentive follow-up care that define the Berks Plastic Surgery experience.

Education

Dr. Long earned his undergraduate degree in Bioengineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2008, followed by his medical degree from the Penn State College of Medicine in 2012. He completed his integrated residency in Plastic Surgery at Case Western Reserve University, where he had the privilege of being mentored by Bahman Guyuron, MD, a world-renowned leader in facelift and rhinoplasty techniques.

Scholarship & Publications

He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and contributed educational modules for the Plastic Surgery Education Network (PSEN), sharing his expertise in cosmetic procedures, facial rejuvenation, and advanced aesthetic techniques.

Organizational Affiliations

An active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), Dr. Long has served as Chair of the Aesthetic Group on the Education Network Committee and as a specialty delegate for the 2025 House of Delegates. He is also a candidate member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and an associate member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). He maintains board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
