I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care you provided me. Although it was a simple procedure, I tend to get very nervous when needles are involved- but your kindness and good humor helped to make my experience a more positive one. I especially enjoyed meeting “Weenie” the stuffed dog. The treatment I received was sensitive and kind and I sent my heartfelt thanks to everyone at the office of Berks Plastic Surgery.
