My overall experience with Berks Plastic Surgery was EXCELLENT!
My experience with Pam and the staff at Berks Plastic Surgery was wonderful. The entire staff was friendly, caring, helpful and professional. I never doubted my decision to have these surgeries, and I felt supported by your staff through the whole process. I had no questions or concerns that went unanswered.
I would give this establishment the “best” rating in any situation. The office/operating room was clean and inviting. The anesthesiologist was great (although I was sleeping through most of my time spent with her!).
At the office, I never felt like just another patient in the appointment book. I was always welcomed with smiles. I joke about having other procedures done so you all don’t forget about me!!
In all honesty, I have no regrets about my decision to have these surgeries, and your staff is in part to thank for that. I would be more than happy to talk to other patients that may be considering these procedures. I have never regretted my choice, and in fact my self has blossomed. My upper body now feels in proportion with my lower body. You can not put a price on how good I feel, inside and outside now.
