Appointments

In order to give you the best possible care, we see patients on an appointment basis. We will do our utmost to accommodate you. When you arrive, please inform the receptionist of how you heard about us. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call us to reschedule.

Medical Records and Release Information

We maintain strict confidentiality of the information contained in your medical record. To assure this confidentiality, information contained in your medical record will not be released to anyone without your written permission.

Telephone Calls

We appreciate your telephone calls. Feel free to call us at any time with questions about your care. Most of the time, when you call you’ll be directed to a clinical staff member who will gather the information needed by the physician. After discussing your concerns with the physician, the nurse will relay instructions to you. If you experience an emergency, please call the office at 610-320-0200. Should the on-call physician not be immediately available, please go to your local Emergency Department where a qualified physician will care for you until the on-call physician is available.
